Complaints & feedback

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Feedback, good and bad, helps the club get better.

Is a child in immediate danger? Call 000 now. Don't wait for the club to respond.

To make sure every concern is handled fairly and consistently, there are three ways to contact us. Please pick the one that fits:

1. Complaints

If you'd like the club to look into something or take action, please lodge your complaint using this form. Fill in every field you can, in as much detail as possible. The more we know, the faster and more thoroughly we can look into it.

  • Every complaint gets a response, and every submission gets a reference number.
  • You can print or save a copy of your complaint straight after sending it.
  • We aim to respond within 30 days. If you haven't heard back by then, contact us with your reference number.

Your details are only used to handle this complaint and are kept securely by the club.

2. Confidential reports

If you have information or a concern about child protection, member protection (for example harassment, discrimination, bullying or abuse) or risk management (safety of people, venues or equipment), please use this confidential form.

  • Confidential reports go only to the club's administrators, who pass them to the Child Safety Officer.
  • You can report even if you're not sure, or only have part of the picture. Your name is optional.
  • After sending, you'll only see your reference number on screen, never what you wrote.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call 000 first.

Treated as confidential. Stored securely and only shared with the people who need it to keep members safe.

3. General feedback

Got an idea, a suggestion, or want to tell us something the club is doing well? We'd love to hear it. General feedback doesn't need a formal response, but every message is read by the committee.
