Registered members are covered through Basketball Queensland membership.
Your cover
When you register to play, coach, officiate or volunteer, your Basketball Queensland membership includes insurance under the national basketball insurance program, arranged through Basketball Queensland's insurance broker, V-Insurance Group.

- Cover only applies to registered members taking part in sanctioned Basketball Queensland activities.
- Cover is subject to the policy's terms, conditions and exclusions, so check the details on the insurer's pages below.

How to make a claim
- Get any injury treated first.
- Tell your coach or the club as soon as you can, so the incident is recorded.
- Follow the claim steps and forms on the insurer's claims page. Claims are lodged with the insurer, not the club.
